Which air mass would produce cold, dry weather in the winter

I believe it would have to be moist air to create a cold wintery invierment

Labor costs would be a large factor holding production of shade-grown coffee back. if it requires higher labor costs to receive a smaller benefit per hectare, then these costs would be prohibitive on expanding this practice to all coffee growing.

The bystander effect  for some reason my history teacher was talking about this
