The North American Southwest can change between high mountains, to low valleys. The cultures can also be impacted by the French in places like Louisiana the Dutch in Utah, Colorado, and California. The Japanese, Korean and Chinese in Southern California, and the  Christians in many parts like Texas, Louisiana, California, North Carolina, and Washington for just a few examples
