what is the true meaning of art?
I know people who get a pencil and paper and do masterpieces, others get card and gules and make colourful artwork, I like quilling and diamond dotz, some people paint or use a brother, scan and cut machine.

I'd say art has different meanings for everyone. It's a way to express yourself on a paper with whatever medium that suits you the best.

Like, for me, art is playing with colours on a black paper mostly and draw serene scenes because it helps me find inner peace and connect with myself.
