I have chosen the Alexa 65, made by Arri, a motion film equipment provider. The Alexa series was introduced in 2010, while the Alexa 65 was introduced in in September 2014. The Alexa 65 is a 6k 65-mm digital camera used for filmmaking.
The Alexa is state-of-the-art film camera, with an A3X sensor, which provides for a maximum recordable resolution, making sounds audible, loud, and clear. The first movie to have been shot with the Alexa 65 is Mission: Impossible-Rogue Nation. The entire underwater sequence in the movie is shot with this camera. Many sequences in the Oscar-winning movie The Revenant was also shot with the Alexa 65.
The Alexa 65 cameras offer custom-designed zoom lenses, which are efficient and quick. The clarity of the lenses makes the images extremely clear. For instance, a subtle makeup would be made very evident on-screen. Though the camera is heavy, it is lighter than the IMAX system. It can be mounted on the shoulders easily by the cinematographers while shooting
