Electricians, carpenters, and chefs. These 3 trades are essential to life, and these 3 trades are also very expandable. An electrician can fix a light, run wires, fix some electronics (my dad is one), a carpenter can build anything, a structure, little items like household items, and a chef can cook and bake.
