It is also third largest populous city in Texas which means that the possibility to access Human resource at lower price (Foreign students of PHD and MS) will be the lowest in the city as the supply of these talented people would be high here. Furthermore the research facility would cost me less here as the city is not as Houston and San Antonio. Furthermore, the Dallas fort is also the 11th most high-tech city in the world as per the Business Insider, this makes it my choice because all the best talent for high tech computer company will be available here.

typically a loft will include modern kitchen and bathrooms, this increases the price tag. lofts also have a good amount of open space, this requires more heating and electricity. lofts are also in older buildings, this means that maintaining the location increases the bill. keep in mind this is without talking about the high state and property taxes.
