Hello! so this question isn't about school, its about the website so i did have plus but today it stopped working and said i needed to update my payment method, so when i tried it said i couldn't because I already had access to it. But when I go to search a question It doesn't let me have access like normal on plus. Any tips on how to fix this? worth 20 points :) <3

I think you should contact server for help .They would be in a better position to sort out this problem for you.

sometimes, it could be the server's error. Just contact them or send them a message via their email and give it some time. maybe that would help.
