6) Disrupt Innovation Institute The Disrupt Innovation Institute has a point system for undergraduate recruitment based on two criteria: (i) grade point average (GPA)and(ii) a “personal” score:

i. If the candidate has a GPA of at least 3.7, they receive two points. For a GPA of at least 3.5(but less than 3.7), candidates receive one point. ii. Personal scores(3) (ranging from 0—100) are assigned by the hiring committee. Candidates with a personal score above 85receive one point.
- The Institute POINT SYSTEM sums up GPA and Personal points to make a final hiring decision. Candidates with zero points or one point receive no job offer. A candidate with two points is offered a Data Analytics Assistant position. A candidate with three points receives an offer to be a Digital Technology Strategist. On the “Institute” worksheet:

i. Freeze Panes above Row 5.

ii. Use Logical Functions to generate the appropriate employment decisions as per the point system. (4)When your analysis is complete, the right-most column should display in each row:

* “Data Analytics Assistant” for candidates receiving that offer
* “Digital Technology Strategist” for candidates receiving that offer
* A blank cell for candidates who receive No Offer

iii. Use Conditional Formatting rules to highlight offers on your worksheet:
*assign a green font and/or green fill color to the entire row for any candidate who earns an offer for the "Data Analytics Assistant" position.
*assign a blue font and/or bluegill color to the entire row for any candidate who earns an offer for the Digital Technology Strategist position.

Your formula calculations and Conditional Formatting rules should be dynamic–if any data are changed in columns C—D, calculations for hiring decisions and Conditional Formatting for the entire row should update accordingly.
No decimal places should appear on the worksheet other than those in the GPA column.
(3)In addition to considering extracurricular accomplishments in awarding a personal score, the Institute evaluates candidates with respect to “humor, sensitivity, grit, leadership, integrity, helpfulness, courage, and kindness.”

(4)The worksheet is set up for Total Points in Column E and to display the candidate’s Employment Decision in Column F. But you may choose to insert additional “helper” columns for interim calculations, moving the Total Points and Employment Decision columns to the right.
