Hey everyone.. I got a pc "HP brand" its charge keeps going until 95% then stops and 5 seconds later turns on the charger light and keeps charging doing that every time.

What's the problem ? Is something wrong with the battery ? or i have to something else.
It's been only 14months since i bought it. "still brand new"
