Jefferson anticipation and counterarguments:

Thomas Jefferson, draftsman for the Independence Declaration of United States of America is a lawyer, diplomat and architect. He puts forth his argument against the dominating rule of the British Kingdom. He states that the people born in this Earth have some basic undeniable rights like liberty, life and freedom to pursue happiness.  

The counterargument proposed by him was that it would be dangerous to oppose against long term government. His anticipated objections from British Government would be the unawareness about the unhappiness in colonists.

According to Jefferson, the government is given powers for controlling the proper exercise of the people’s rights. But he explains that the British King alienates people from the fundamental rights. Therefore, he requests the like-minded people of the United States to fight against the British Colonization.
