Can someone please explain for me what this poem is about ‘ No Bondage For Me ’ ?

I think it means that money and riches cannot buy happiness as it mentions the chains being fashioned (made) of gold. From this text you can infer that you maybe rich or have wealth but you have still got chains bounding you to your emotions.
