Having a second child would result in heavy fines. what could be the long term effects of this policy-both positive and negative?

Positive- you love them and they love you
negative- more food to buy

Positive: less children, less burden.
Negative: only those well off can afford to have more than one child.

Unique question.well, using science, you cannot create or destroy even if you do eat yourself so you would not grow twice as big, nor would you disappear. you would stay the same but change states potentially, or at least change your appearance (obviously).hope this . keep up these unique questions.
