Doing dishes is a great example with age it become much harder to do dishes. a simple task for any teenager right? someone who is older in age may struggle with dishes because of the constant need to bend or squat down then stand back up repeatedly.
grabbing things of a high self. some people tend to get shorter as they get older there for grabbing things of of high self are a struggle. a young child could climb on the counter or use a chair but as you get older that is not always an option.
if you medication get put to high not having someone there to supervise you could harm you in the fact that is someone is not there to help you then you maybe not be able to grab it at all. not taking medication can be harmful towards your health.
