Which is a key to successful behavior change

Your question doesn't really make sense cause you said "which" and saying that makes me believe that there are answer choices but you have put none so Im going to just state my opinion

I believe that a key to behavior change is that YOU want to change your behavior yourself. That is a foundation of it all cause without that how could you change your behavior if you don't really want to
