Read this essay and make edits pls Did you know in the middle ages there was something called adversity? Adversities are challenges or problems that still exist today. Some are not being free and not having enough food and, working conditions. Peasants were free and Serfs were not free.“Only a very small number of the peasants were free, independent farmers who paid a fixed rent for their land. The vast majority were serfs, who lived in a condition of dependent servitude. A serf and his descendants were legally bound to work on a specific plot of land and were subject to the will of the lord who owned that land. (Unlike slaves, however, they could not be bought and sold.) ”This evidence is telling the readers that Peasants were free and Serfs were not free. This adversity does not exist today because of laws and rights. Peasants are people who were forced to work for the lord. They are like slaves but they could not be sold. You have faced some adversities because I know that everyone is not perfect. Adversity is not going anywhere they are going to exist some adversities might go away because they are not a problem anymore.
