North Korea is very isolationist and has a barely functioning economy, Cuba is autocratic and its economy is also poor, the only outlier here is China which is prospering due to its semi-Capitalistic economic policies. The question could definitely be worded better in my opinion.

I know China is communist, and North Korea is pretty controlling, so most likely the answer is communist for that question.
