Which is one reason that some people don’t like the seniority rule?

One of the primary reasons that some people may not like the seniority rule is that it might yield to a slow career growth. The seniority makes it more difficult for the working people to promote their careers as immediate as possible. In fact, they may avoid occupations that have seniority rules to avoid the disadvantage.
