Before Revolver, John Lennon made an infamous comment saying "We're bigger than Jesus", which sparked controversy in America, with Radio Stations hosting Beatle burnings and such things. "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" was another album inspired by Acid, with "A Day in the Life" and "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" being banned from radio play. "Magical Mystery Tour" had "I Am the Walrus" banned from airplay, and once again, every song off Mystery Tour was in some way inspired by Acid.

"The BEATLES" otherwise known as the "White Album" introduced a new genre; Heavy Metal. "Yer Blues" having lyric like "I'm lonely, wanna die", "Piggies" being about Police, "Back in the U.S.S.R" being written during the Cold War era, "Happiness is a Warm Gun" well that one explains itself, "Why Don't We Do It In the Road?" being literally what it sounds like, yet only using minimal instruments.
