The Bay of Pigs- It was an attempt to attack the C.I.A. of Cuba; resulted in failure

Korean War- It was a war between N. Korea and S. Korea. This war was to fight of communism spread; instead, resulted in separation. Today it is known as the DMZ( Demilitarized Zone).

Cuban Missile Crisis- The Soviet Union and the U.S. had a dispute over missile locations. The Soviet Union put missiles in Cuba, and the U.S. grew worried, so the U.S. put missiles in Turkey as a result. Later, they not negotiated to remove missiles.
