El 30 de Agosto del 2009, a eso de las 11:00 A. M., la Nombrada SUFRIDA se presento, portando en sus manos un pote de acido del diablo, al colmado que lleva por nombre LA FRECONA, que se encuentra ubicado en el sector EL SOBREVIVIENTE, de la Ciudad Duarte, donde intersector al nombrado EL GUTANINI y una vez alli y sin mediar palabras, se lo lanzo, ocasionandole quemaduras de Segundo y Tercer grados en el ochenta y cinco (85%) de la Superficie corporal en torax, ambas extremidades superiores, con ardor y dolor, dicha lesion le ha producido un daño permanente. Luego de la consumacion del hecho la SUFRIDA se da a la fuga abordo de un motor de color negro CG 250 que la esperaba en el frente del colmado LA FRECONA. Luego del arresto de la SUFRIDA las autoridades descubren que ella tenia una rlacion amorosa que hacia unos 3 años y que EL GUTANINI la dejo por la nombrada SONSACADORA.
