Huston Hardrock hears on radio that Benny Boop’s 5-year-old daughter Betty Boop is missing. He calls up Me. Boop and tells his that he has kidnapped Betty, and that if Benny wants to see her again, he had better put $10,000 in a bag and leave it at a special place. Since Huston did not actually kidnap Betty, he would only be guilty of fraud.
