Area of whole shape = (100 + 406) cm^2

Third shape :

i. Area of the triangle = 1/2 *b* h

= 1/2 * 13 * 6

= 39 cm^2

ii. Area of the square = s*s

= 13*8

= 104 cm^2

Area of whole shape = (104 + 39) cm^2

= 143 cm^2
