To find the volume of a cylinder, you do Bh = V (Base * height = volume.) 

The base of a cylinder is a circle, and we find the area of a circle by doing π. Pi has a constant value (~3.14) and the radios ('r') is given as 2 feet.

Now that we have our equation and values, just plug everything in:

π *  * 17 = V

Solving it, we get:

π * 68 = V
68π = V
213.63 ≈ V
