The triangles are similar, so this is true.

The blue triangle has been enlarged by a scale of 2. It's 4 units up and 2 units to the right and the second larger triangle is 8 units up and 4 to the right, so it's 2 times bigger.

you didn't post any answer choices, so its not 100% clear what your teacher is looking for

however, log(15/7) is equivalent to log(15) - log(7)

i'm using the rule log(x/y) = log(x) - log(y)

there are infinitely many solutions.
