Describe, using the appropriate order, how to obtain the graph of y=f(x). Then give the mapping from the transformation. E) y= -2/3f(-3/4x)

Ok so it’s says you would do a horizontal stretch of 4/3, but why wouldn’t it be 3/4? Please explain in depth, I don’t really understand why horizontal always switches
