Slope with Y intercepts and going down/ up from there

I dont have graph paper, but the B part is Y intercept. That Means that the 2nd number is where the line intercepts with Y axis. The Y axis for  1 is Y=-1, with no slope meaning its a straight line with no slope. It just goes through -1 on Y axis horizontally. On number one for the second equation, 2 is the Y intercept for the other line, and the line has a rise and run of 3/1, meaning it goes up 3 on the positive side of the x axis, and it goes to the side one. Hope this made a little sense. I learned this a few weeks ago in my algebra class.
