Contact your instructor to discuss the object you chose to see if your object is feasible. You will also want to discuss any pros and cons regarding this object with your instructor. Make a construction of your object on a piece of paper. Using a compass and straightedge, create a 2-D diagram that represents your 3-D object. Consider a side view, top view, and front view. Things to keep in mind: does your object have congruent segments, congruent angles, parallel or perpendicular lines, or any special shapes such as equilateral triangles, squares, or regular hexagons?
