sub in any number u choose for x, and solve for y

2y - 4x = 24lets say x = 1
2y - 4(1) = 24
2y - 4 = 24
2y = 24 + 4
2y = 28
y = 28/2
y = 14...so one solution is (1,14)

2y - 4x = 24...lets say x = 2
2y - 4(2) = 24
2y - 8 = 24
2y = 24 + 8
2y = 32
y = 32/2
y = 16...so another solution is (2,16)

u get the idea right ? Ur other 2 points can be (3,18) and (4,20)

2y-4x=24
Move the terms to the left -24
it becomes 2*y-4*x-24=0
Results 2*y-4*x-24=0

59/96 is the ratio hope this not 100% sure though : /
