James has a contract of paint 30 identical water tanks .he has to paint the outside surfaces of each tanks but not the top. Jane's knows that 1tin of paint is enough to cover 12^2 of surfaces costs $26.99 work out the total costs of the tin of the paints he will need for all 3p water tanks .
