What does the improper fraction 4 10/8 break down to be in simplest form? this is 5th grade math..in relation to the topic "modeling addition and subtraction of mixed numbers." the original problem is 3 1/2 + 1 3/4=.. the 4 10/8 is the answer my daughter came up with. is this correct?
