Consider conditions for which the helium flow where T[infinity] = 600 K and the heat transfer convection coefficient h = 2,000 W/m2K. The radius values are as follows: r1 = 8 mm, r2 = 11 mm, and r3 = 14 mm. Assume the insulation material in the center of the vessel is perfect. Also assume steady-state conditions.
