The Falkirk Wheel is a giant Ferris-wheel-elevator for boats. You are the traffic controller of the wheel and in charge of boat traffic flow through the channel. However, you notice that up on the top of the wheel there was a traffic jam and you have let 4 boats use the wheel to be lifted up to the top channel since then. There are now 5 boats sitting up on the bridge. No one is in danger as far as you can tell, but your boss comes running out screaming "There is too much weight" What do you tell him to calm him down and prove him wrong, earning a promotion to his position of facility manager?
