The supply curve represents the quantity of labor supplied by each worker at each wage, holding constant all other variables that might affect the willingness of workers to supply labor.

The supply curve in the labor market represents the amount of labor that the owner of the factors of production, in this case the potential worker, is willing to offer at the different price levels, called wages. According to the law of supply, there is a direct relationship between wage and quantity supplied (ceteris paribus). The larger the wage offered, the larger the amount of workers who are willing to supply their hours of effort at that price.
