The body's ability to develop movement is called motor coordination. Skipping, running, walking, jumping, or performing tasks that require more skill, such as holding a pencil, embroidering, drawing, cutting, all require us to coordinate motor skills.

We can classify motor coordination in two ways: gross motor coordination and fine motor coordination.
