What happens when a person or a government tries to deprive someone of human dignity

When a Human rights deprivation is against that are the law and also that if a government tries to deny or that is deprive her citizen this, it means that they are going to against the law already set out guiding the rights of a citizen.  Thus, Suing that such a person or that the government to court is the right thing so as to prove one knows his right and also that the damages will be paid for by the guilty side. Also that They are offering us respect, and also they charge us to treat others with respect. example goodness, truth and justice.
