In 1681, Penn crafted a government for Pennsylvania that is based on representative democracy.

Explanation:

William Penn was the man that founded the English North American colony the Province of Pennsylvania. He was born and raised in England. Because of this, he noticed a lot of flaws that exist in the Monarch system.

Knowing this, he decided to adopt a different type of governmental system in the province of Pennsylvania. Rather than being ruled by a sole leader, the province was ran by a group of representatives that were directly elected by the people.

The founding fathers used Penn's system as an inspiration when they're writing the system of government in the US constitution.

the eight day feast was a feast that lasted 8 days and, each day, the day began with a chanting at dawn. a follow up song at noon. which ended with complete silence at the end of the day. on this day, inca royalty was always dressed in silver and gold laced clothing.

the combing of the hair was the most important ritual to young girls. this ritual was known as the coming of age ceremony, but only the most beautiful girls where chosen. in this ceremony, the girls chose their new name and where chosen as either brides, or princesses of rulers.
