In order to become a naturalized citizen of the united states, one must be able to demonstrate knowledge of u. s. civics, be able to show english language proficiency, and

a. not have any traffic violations.
b. be the child of a u. s. resident.
c. be willing to express allegiance to america.
d. be at least twenty-one years of age
