In my family, we have similar traditions. For instance, during the Spring Equinox, my family organizes a beautiful ceremony in the woods. We have to be in contact with mother nature and the first thing we do that Equinox day is to meditate for half an hour. Then we sing songs that express gratitude to mother nature for everything it provides to humans. The air, water, wind, and fire.
