people people make decisions on other people mainly because of their ego somebody's way too confident in themselves it gets cocky and annoying or if their personality is just really bad or has terrible structure the decisions they make of them. decisions on yourself are also based off these things because you have a high ego of yourself then you're more confident and happy with yourself but if you have a low ego on yourself you're going to be sad most of the time and if you have a bad personality and you don't realize it on yourself a lot of people will misinterpret it and you can make bad decisions based off their misinterprets of your personality
