Five strength of my cultures

An organization's cultural strength refers to the extent to which norms are widely shared and intensely held among employees. Given the presumed benefits, both scholars and practitioners are interested in understanding how organizations develop and maintain a strong culture.

Definition: Strong cultures are those in which organizational values and beliefs are widely shared and significantly influence people's behaviour on the job.

5 Examples:

- Shared Experiences: Shared xperiences, such as difficult problems that were resolved in a team group.

- Habits: Habits that keeps the office clean and organized.

- Expectations: An employee must obtain perseverance and never give up!

- Language: The team should use clean language and avoid vulgar talk. It should be unique, such as organizational and industry jargon.

- Comradery: The spirit of the team should be one of friendship.
