The Kyle Rittenhouse case represents not only an example of a violent counter protester (Rittenhouse) but a peaceful protest which had turned violent and led to the distruction of many small businesses in Kenosha, Wisconsin. How do you think the government should have handled this case better to prevent what happened from happening? Is there any way for the government to know when a protest will turn violent? How should they try to stop violence while not limiting our right to assemble?
