What have studies revealed about the claim that women are more verbally capable and men more mathematically capable?

There is a far greater range of differences among males and among females than there is between males and between females.
This indicates that both genders actually capable of both verbal and mathematical abilities. But not MANY members in each gender actually capable in doing both. (people who are good at math from both Genders have higher tendency to be an introvert)
