1. - The first thing that women movement could improve on is the advocation in finding some balance between female career and procrastination (they heavily focus on women's right in career advancing and often neglect the fact that women have biological clock to start a family)

- They could also improve the early education of activist to not being counterproductive by secluding a certain gender or race.
With this, the movement could obtain greater support for its cause

2. - Reinvent women's role in society. Due to women's reform movement, the fact that women going into workplace is no longer seen as an anomaly by society.
- To redefine things that acceptable and non-acceptable to do towards women in workplace. This could be seen by anti harassment campaign that often happen towards women workplace.

3. - Susan B. Anthony.
Arguably the most famous figure in women's reform. She founded  the National Woman Suffrage Association that eventually won the right to vote for Women.
- Lucy Stone
Regarded as a prominent figure in women's right to obtain education. She was the first women who ever became a university student in Massachusetts.
