i say for children its more interesting to learn a new language instead of high school where they are stressing about college and stuff

My little brother learned french in 3rd grade and exels in it while my cousin learned it in 11th grade and barely passed it

When the individual is in elementary school, they are still experiencing language development while an individual in high school, has already experienced it. Because of this, it would be easier for the individual in elementary school to learn a second language because their first language is not yet fully developed. The individual in elementary school will also become more fluent with both languages.
