Gregory VII's reformation(Gregorian Reforms )to the church were;

1.assertion of the primacy of the  office of the pope.

2.he was able to  tightening the adherence  of the church officials to   vows of chastity.

Gregory the Great.

1. He instigated and led the Gregory mission which is the conversion of the of the England pagan-Aglo-Saxons to Christians, known as the Gregory Christianity.

Saint Benedict .

The preoccupation of Saint Benedict , was to ensure the materials and spiritual well being of the Monastery.

He laid down rules for governing principle of the Monks and Norms till the present moments.These include, prayers, manual labours and routine for the smooth conduct of these practises.

St Francis of Assisi- from Italy.

He gave rise to  the Order of Friars Minor.

and Teh third order of St Francis.

The significance  of these to the church is that it teaches people to abide by the Monastic way, while still ensure adherence to Franciscan.
