The Mongolian Empire’s expansion caused many social and cultural changes within the Afro-Eurasian area between 1200 and 1350 CE because of the impact of the Silk Road, which was a major trade route that boosted Mongolian trade, economy, and expansion. As they gained control over new territories, their culture spread and changed throughout Afro-Eurasia.
