Today’s the Day After several accurate horoscopes, Nikki is excited when her latest horoscope reads “a day of wonderful opportunities”. Contrary to her horoscope, Nikki is so far having the worst day of her life. In a rush, Nikki gets her sweater stuck in her locker and completely ruins the whole backside. Unable to walk outside, Nikki waits for her friend to bring her a jacket. Still waiting, Nikki crashes into a door in front of her crush, Steve, and suffers a concussion. Nikki has to go to the hospital and will be out of school for the next 3 days. After a day like that Nikki is mad at herself convinced that the horoscopes are fake. Steve calls to check up on Nikki and carries on a conversation for a complete hour. Nikki then has second thoughts about trashing her horoscope. Today was actually a wonderful day of opportunities.
