Stress can give us headaches and hypertension. It diverts energy from the immune system inhabiting the activities of lymphocytes, microphages, and NK cells. Examples would be stress headaches, hypertension, and stomach issues. People that are type a have a harder time dealing with stress, while people that are type b have an easier time with stress. This is because type a people are more aggressive than type B people
