Read this paragraph.
When my wife and I were first married, we decided to look for ways to eat more healthy food as a couple. After doing some research, we were
surprised to learn how many health conditions can be related to eating unhealthy food. We started reading food labels and noticed that many items
marketed as "healthy," like those that are labeled as "low fat" or "low carb," contain chemicals and preservatives designed to stay for weeks on
grocery store shelves. We decided to eat more fresh, unprocessed food. We cleaned out the items in our pantry that were full of sugar, salt, or
preservatives. We found sources for creating good meal plans in our quest for clean eating and found a favorite farmers market for local produce.
After a few weeks of preparing fresh, healthy foods, cooking became easier, our meals were tastier, and we even felt better.
What is the implied main idea?
Couples that eat the same foods grow in their relationships.
O Eating fresh food is better for your health than processed food.
O All foods labeled as "low carb" are actually unhealthy,
Reading food labels is the best way to create healthy meals.
