All reputable intelligence tests would be valid, reliable, and standardized.

A valid test means that the test is measuring what it intends to measure, while reliable means that the results of the tests are generally consistent when replicated. Standardized in this context means that the test items given to the test takers do not differ from one another and the scoring is done in a standardized manner.
